Graham came to live in Braintree in 1989 and then moved to Great Notley in 2001. He has been married for 40 years and has two children. After a few years in the merchant navy he embarked on a career in the Civil Service, where he worked against tax avoidance in business. He is now retired and looking to give something back to the community.
Graham has always believed that there should be equality of opportunity for all and campaigns for a local administration that is responsive to the needs of its residents.
