David Toombs
"As your district councillor I will represent the views and opinions of the residents of Black Notley, White Notley, Terling, Faulkbourne and Fairstead Parishes."
As a Liberal Democrat I believe protecting the future is about getting the balance right.
We need to help stimulate business growth to generate new local jobs, to provide safe and efficient travel routes, and to facilitate a broad range of leisure activities.
We must strive to protect and enhance the global and local environments and leave the District in a better condition for the citizens of tomorrow.

David says:
I am the only Lib Dem candidate, meaning that Lib Dem supporters have one spare vote.
I am suggesting that Lib Dems give their spare vote to the Green or Independent candidate rather than the other main parties.
